Today I have made these strawberry and white chocolate cupcakes. I made a vanilla cupcake mix with my favourite cook book with white chocolate chips, added butter cream after baking and made little strawberries from fondant icing to go on top.

OMG more strawberries. (posted a comment on your other post about them being a weird obsession of mine)!!! I could happily sit and eat these in one sitting :-)
